Ian McCulloch began his career in 1977, as one third of the Crucial Three, a bedroom band which also featured Julian Cope and Pete Wylie. The band has done some touring and released several albums since the late 1990s to varying degrees of success. After working together as Electrafixion, McCulloch and Sergeant regrouped with Pattinson in 1997 and returned as Echo & the Bunnymen, before Pattinson's departure in 1998. In 1989, de Freitas was killed in a motorcycle accident.

Īfter they released a self-titled album in 1987, McCulloch left the band and was replaced by singer Noel Burke. Ocean Rain (1984), continued the band's UK chart success with its lead single ' The Killing Moon' entering into the top 10. After releasing their second album Heaven Up Here in 1981, the band's cult status was followed by mainstream success in the UK in 1983 when they scored a UK Top 10 hit with ' The Cutter', and the album which the song came from, Porcupine, hit number 2 in the UK. Their 1980 debut album Crocodiles went into the top 20 of the UK Albums Chart. By 1980, Pete de Freitas joined as the band's drummer. The original line-up consisted of vocalist Ian McCulloch, guitarist Will Sergeant and bassist Les Pattinson. I also have no idea how warp stab rigs would work. You would be spending faction battleship levels of isk to make 1 rig. Imagine buying 18 level 3 rigs that can’t be insured. The universal 3P also has a multiplier of 6 btw so thats 18 rigs to make and gives 70% effect. So a 3P or 4P rig would be a waste of isk. They don’t tend to get any real benefit from range rigs or capacitor reduction rigs from the industry rigs.

Miners for instance would want Circulation and efficiency rigs so a 2P integrated rig would be great. There are other integrated rigs to make use of 3 and even 4 rigs of the same type, but they might not be worthwhile depending on what you are fitting. A level 2 em resist shield rig for instance isn’t a huge downgrade to a level 3 and combining that with a second resist type on 1 rig or more shield hit points would be great. Which isn’t necessarily a terrible thing. If you are using level 3 rigs 60% is roughly the same as a level 1 rig of the same type and 80% would be slightly below a level 2 rig. The Enhance 2P integrated rig gives an 80% effect of each rig but has a multiplier of 6! SIX of each rig type. The Universal 2P has a multiplier of 4 so would require 4x Semiconductor rigs and 4x CCC 3 to produce but gives 70% effect of the level 3 rigs. The frequency reducing 2P in the example above would require 2x Semiconductor 3 rigs AND 2x CCC 3 rigs to produce. The integrated rig also has a rig multiplier. So you could get 60% of a Semiconductor 3 and 60% of a CCC 3 rig, but CANT combine a Semiconductor with say an Aux Thruster or navigation/industry rig or even a second Semiconductor. So the Frequency Reducing 2P module will give 60% effect of 1 rig and 60% of a second rig of the same category (but not same rig).
